CARITA MONTGOMERY is an award-winning hospitality professional and one of the industry’s most-talented leaders, as well as author, and speaker whose global platform has reached and served thousands of people. Carita’s career in Hospitality spanned 20+ years and multiple positions to included GM, AGM, Director of Sales & Marketing, Cluster Sales, Trainer and more. Her passion and zeal for affirming others is unmatched and her proven track record of success is impressive. Carita is a wife and mother of 3 and a successful executive, Carita’s courage and determination has inspired people worldwide and helped countless audiences break through, to discover that excellence is an option.

Carita is also a best-selling author of the book 30 Days of Inspiration for Sales Professionals and #SELFIE. The first written in midst of the pandemic as a response to the hospitality sales community feeling despondent, abandoned, and just needing a dose of positivity. This book features 30 affirmations and real-life scenarios to help shape the mindset and sales culture. #SELFIE is an extraordinary story of transforming her own life from this series of failures, mistakes, and mediocrity to leading a successful enterprise is the inspiration behind her bold mission to teach others that it is possible to do the same. Carita is founder and Director of Operations of Resetability Inc., she is transforming the way that business and individuals view sales by resetting their minds and culture back to factory settings, back to where they were fearless, confident and would not take no for an answer.

Among the prestigious awards and honors bestowed upon Carita for her extensive work in hospitality include Doubletree Brand Most Improved Hotel, JHM Culture Leader of the Year award, Marriott’s Chairman’s Circle Award, Residence Inn by Marriott Director of Sales of the Year 2 consecutive years, JHM Rookie of the Year award (6 months with company), Crescent Hotels Revenue Generator of the Year and 2019 Hersha Hospitality Management’s Hotel of the Year.

Carita is also the founder and CEO of Everything Prayer Live Daily a non-profit 501c3 an inspirational platform for the purpose of uplifting, inspiring and encouraging others to walk in purpose and to pursue their goals and dreams. Jacquel Tucker, Intercessor

Jacquel Tucker is an entrepreneur, business and purpose coach, non-profit founder and published author. As a former Director of Sales and Marketing in the Hospitality industry, she has over 25 years of experience in leadership, sales, marketing, branding and training.  

She grew up in poverty in rural Jamaica and learned from an early age her biggest lesson in unshakeable faith. If God could raise her up from the dead, then he is exceedingly bigger than any of her circumstances and anything is possible on her journey to “well done good and faithful servant”.  

Through her signature coaching program and online course “My Purpose on Fire” she walks out a rapid implementation journey with kingdom minded professionals, helping them gain clarity on their calling, establish an unshakeable foundation for their business or non-profit, brand it, and successfully launch and grow (whether they choose to stay in corporate America while doing this, or fully transition to entrepreneurship).  

Weekly, Jacquel also coaches and trains Christian entrepreneurs and leaders worldwide in the Kingdom Builders Academy run by Tamara Lowe, helping hundreds to gain better clarity on their calling and level up their brand so they can show up in excellence for God and their business. 

At the height of the pandemic her small non-profit fed up to 2,000 families per month in Georgia and served up to 10 communities in Jamaica. Jacquel and her non-profit team are getting ready to undertake their biggest project to date in Jamaica by constructing their first rural community resource center focused on personal growth and development and sustainability. 

She published her first book It's Time for Your Transition in 2019 and was one of the 100 women in the USA featured in the 2020 release of the Unselfish Women coffee table book. Jacquel and her team are getting ready to make 

She currently lives in Georgia with her husband and best friend Shun where they attend and serve at Victory church which has a 20,000 membership across 4 campuses. She enjoys writing, working on creative designs, serving others and taking fun road trips. She firmly believes "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me".

  • What is Everything Prayer? 
    Everything Prayer is an Atlanta-based Prayer Ministry that was created by Carita Montgomery for individuals who are passionate about prayer. New prayer warriors are always welcome to join us daily for prayer. So feel free to listen in and get involved with prayer weekday mornings at 6:00 am EST.   • ​How will I be able to access The Everything Prayer Conference?
    Each participant will need to register for admission. The general admission begins at $79 and ranges to $199 for VIP registration. 

  • What can we expect at the Everything Prayer Conference be structured?
    The day will consist of powerful speakers, interactive prayer prayer circles, a panel discussion, praise and worship, and more. A schedule will be sent to registrants closer to the date of the event. 

  • ​Is the Everything Prayer Conference only for preachers, clergy, or people in ministry?
    No... but space is limited. The Everything Prayer Conference is designed to empower individuals as they transition into the next phase of of innovation and subsequent influence.
